Important information relating to COVID-19:
Owing to the nature of our treatment, hygiene and safety has always been the number one priority. We have always been practising safely with high standards to prevent the risk of spreading many transmissible diseases including but not limited to Hepatitis B and HIV. Keeping our workspace clean and sanitised following a rigorous routine is one of our many methods to create a safer environment for both our members and our clients.
In the light of the current pandemic, we have made additional changes to our shop as well as our operation.
Clients attending the appointment must not have tested positive or been in contact with or living in the same household with anyone who has tested positive for the virus in the past 14 days. Additionally, those are arriving from countries outside of the ‘travel list’ must self-quarantine for 10 days upon their return accordingly to government guidance; their appointment has to be rebooked for after this period,
If you are self-isolating please let us know as soon as you can, We will require to see the NHS text/email with information on your isolation time frame to offer suitable alternative dates thereafter.
We politely ask you to check your own temperature on the morning of your appointment and inform us immediately if you have a high reading. Upon arrival we will also measure your temperature and should the reading indicate a possible fever, your appointment will be rescheduled for the safety of everyone.
Our specialists’ schedule have been rearranged to minimise the total number of people on our premises to avoid contact amongst clients. Therefore, we hope you can understand that with the agreed timing for your appointment, we may still ask you to wait outside our shop for a short period. Additionally, please do not arrive earlier than agreed for your PRIVATE session and/or bring with you another person as our indoor waiting area will be unavailable.
Please note that we do not have the capacity to provide masks for all clients, you are required to have your own facial covering for your appointment. We ask you to have this on throughout your session.
